SES crews have been kept busy overnight with wild weather battering Mandurah, Rockingham, Perth and the South West.
A severe weather warning remains for the southern part of the state from Jurien Bay to Albany with conditions set to ease later on Sunday afternoon.
Mandurah was hit with a wind gust of 91km/h at 10.14am on Sunday while Garden Island recorded a gust of 96km/h at 5am.
The SES has received 48 calls for help since 8.30am on Saturday with widespread damage reported from Two Rocks down to Albany.
Most calls have been from the Perth Metro area relating to minor roof damage, water ingress and structural damage.
According to DFES, a rear shed flew into a neighbours property on Fitzroy Close in Cooloongup early on Sunday morning.
Western Power has advised more than 13000 properties are without power across the metropolitan area.
