Rockingham Detectives are calling on the public's help as they continue their investigation into several road rage incidents on the Kwinana Freeway.
The incidents involved a red Toyota Corolla which was being driven erratically on the freeway from 1pm on Tuesday, April 19.
"The first incident police are aware of involves the driver of the red Toyota and the driver of a white truck near Armadale Road, Success," a WA Police spokesperson said.
"The two drivers ended up parked on the side of the freeway and had a short verbal altercation before they both drove off."
The red Toyota was then seen driving erratically near the Thomas Road and Mortimer Road exits and appeared to be in convoy with a silver Holden Malibu sedan being driven by a woman.
"Several vehicles were impacted by the manner of driving, including sudden braking by the driver of the red Toyota," WA Police said.
The last incident involved the driver of the red Toyota forcing the rider of a black Harley Davidson motorcycle into the emergency lane at the Mundijong Road exit.
The driver then approached the motorcyclist and as he tried to ride off, he was pushed from his bike into oncoming traffic before being hit by a passing car.
The rider, a 53-year-old man, was taken by ambulance to Fiona Stanley Hospital where he required surgery.
The driver of the red Toyota fled the scene in the Toyota, and was last seen driving in convoy with the silver Holden sedan.
The offender is described as male, around 20 to 25-years-old, with a slim build and short red hair.
The female driver of the Holden is described as being in her 20s with blonde hair.
