A man has suffered serious head injuries after being hit by a car in Cooloongup.
It happened around 5am on Wednesday on Wyola Street near Neale Place.
A St John Ambulance spokesperson said the man in his 30s has been taken to Royal Perth Hospital under priority conditions.
It's understood he was riding a bicycle at the time.
