Marine Rescue Rockingham has aided in the rescue of man stranded in Warnbro Sound overnight.
The Marine Rescue team was called out by police to investigate after an emergency position-indicating radio beacon was activated.
A coordinated night search was conducted with the police helicopter using thermal imaging which located the kayaker who had been in the water for 90 minutes after capsizing.

He was landed to receive medical assistance for hypothermia.
The Orion helicopter went back out to retrieve the kayak.
