Kwinana Freeway southbound at Lakes Road has been closed following a crash.
At around 6.20am, a black Toyota Hilux left the road and rolled near Lakes Road in Stake Hill.
The passenger, a man in his 20s, was cut from vehicle and flown to Royal Perth Hospital with serious head and leg injuries, while the driver, also a man in his 20s, was taken with minor injuries.
Traffic is being diverted off to Lakes Road.
Major Crash investigators are asking anyone who saw the crash, or the Toyota Hilux travelling in the area prior to the crash, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
