A 68-year-old woman has been found after going missing from Rockingham Hospital.
Wendy Constantine was last seen leaving the hospital in Cooloongup around 11.30am on Saturday.
Police say she left on foot and they had concerns she could become lost and not be aware of her situation.
After hours of searching an area around the hospital, Ms Constantine was found late on Saturday night.
She was taken back to the hospital for a medical check up.
