A 27-year-old Serpentine man has been charged over a series of pipe bomb explosions in the Perth metropolitan area.
The man allegedly set off the bombs in the suburbs of Byford, Mount Nasura and Thornlie in August this year.
Two of the explosions caused damaged to a property.
Arson Squad detectives have since charged the man with three counts of causing an explosion likely to do serious injury to property and one count of failing to obey a data access order.
He is due to appear in the Armadale Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 23.
The offence of causing an explosion likely to do serious injury to property carries a maximum penalty of 20 years imprisonment.
