It has been a horror weekend on WA roads with seven people dying in the space of just three days.
Five of those crashes happened on country roads near Toodyay, Albany, Denmark, Dumbleyung and Bunbury and four were motorcyclists.
The other two fatal crashes happened in Thornlie and Padbury.
WA Police Commander Mike Bell said WA is on track to reach its worst road toll since 2016 when 176 people died.
"We're three weeks out from Christmas and I suspect, unfortunately, more people will be going through this suffering," he said.
"I reflect on how many of those people, those six people saw my message leading up to this point where I've asked them to be mindful on the roads, to think about speed, fatigue, impaired, distracted, restraint.
"Once again, they appear to be represented in all these crashes, although they are still under investigation, but early indications are that seems to be the problem."
WA's road toll now stands at 173.
