Concerns are held for the welfare of 35-year-old Sue-Ellen Lax who was last seen on Sunday.
She was last seen in Camillo and is believed to have travelled towards Bunbury in the company of her two young children.
Ms Lax is believed to be driving a red Holden Adventra registration number 1DFG083.
She is 163cms tall, slim build, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who sees Ms Lax or has any information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call Police immediately on 131 444.
