A 38-year-old woman accused of a fatal hit-and-run in Dudley Park has appeared in court.
Analiza Sagang Curtis fronted the Mandurah Magistrates Court on Tuesday, charged with hitting Jamie Murray with her Kia Rio on Boundary Road in the early hours of March 1.
She allegedly did not stop to help the 45-year-old, with the father-of-two dying at the scene.
Ms Curtis, who lives on the same street, was arrested the following day.
She was granted bail and under her conditions she is not allowed to drive or leave WA, she must surrender her passport and report to Mandurah Police Station three days a week.
The Dudley Park woman will appear in court again on April 15, with her lawyer requesting an interpreter ahead of her next appearance because she speaks limited English.
The alleged victim, Jamie Murray, was well known in the Mandurah theatre community having worked at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre for nearly two decades.
