Perth Wildcats to play NBL1 West stars in Rockingham

The Perth Wildcats are set to take on the best of the NBL1 West in a pair of pre-season games later this month.

The NBL1 West Select side will be made up of the best talent from the NBL1 West competition in 2023.

This includes three players from the Rockingham Flames, back-to-back MVP Devondrick Walker, Jeremy Combs and Marshall Nelson.

Flames coach Ryan Petrik will also lead the side.

The two games are the last games in Perth before the team departs for G-League Ignite exhibition matches in Las Vegas.

The pre-season matches are made possible by the Perth Wildcats partnership with the Rockingham and Warwick Basketball Associations, signifying the clubs commitment and passion to integrating the team into the WA basketball community.

The games will take place at Mike Barnett Sports Complex in Rockingham and Warwick Stadium.
