Roberta Flack’s memorial service was held on Monday in New York with Stevie Wonder honouring his friend with a special performance.
The program featured a quote from Flack that read, "Remember, Always Walk in the light. If you feel like you’re not walking in it, go find it.’
There was also a surprise performance by Lauryn Hill and Wyclef performing Flack’s song Killing Me Softly.
Rick Steele - The father of Katy Steele from Little Birdy and Empire of the Son’s Luke Steele has passed away. He was 77.
Rick was a stalwart in the Australian Music Industry with a musical career spanning more than 60 years, with thousands of songs.
His son, Luke said, "he was a true legend, a storyteller, a voice and a shepherd for the common man, and a blues man with a heart of gold".
